Faculty and administration users may direct computing and network questions or problems to the BCIT Service Desk.
To contact the BCIT Service Desk, please choose from these options:
- Submit a Service Desk ticket at https://barnard.service-now.com/.
- Send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Call (212) 854-7172 (extension 4-7172 from a campus phone).
- Visit the BCIT Service Desk on the first floor of Lehman Hall, 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
Note: ServiceNow may be used to check the status or comment on an existing ticket.
